Who’s is the audience?

What is the expected outcome?

To best help the team, I focus on the problem to be solved. I like to kickoff the project with questions to understand what we’re building and why. Who are we building for? How do we know this is solving the right problem?

 After the team has shared the learning objectives, I gather any metrics and existing research into crafting any other research understanding the needs of the user. With these initial findings, I can offer design suggestions and prototypes. I help develop the strategy the team needs to take for building a solution and a plan to continuously learn from the audience as they interact with the solution.
